Monthly Subscription Plan Services include a full intake and assessment in addition to Four (4) 1-hr personalized and individual coaching sessions per month. Services also include a personalized action plan with long and short term goals and “Beyond the Session” accountability goals. Email support is also included on an as needed basis.
